When that changes
If we ever earn a fee for introducing a family to a service, we will say so on the page where it happens, state who pays us, and make clear that families never pay us and are never required to use a paid service.
What stays true either way
- We do not sell placements into facilities, and we do not accept facility placement fees.
- Our screening tools are not official determinations.
- You can always go directly to the state agency or your Area Agency on Aging at no cost.
